She pointed out that the cooperation with the Public Prosecution also witnessed coordination with the National Postal Authority to provide the services of the traffic prosecution offices through the post offices by facilitating the necessary development of the integrated information system of the post offices in order to facilitate the provision of the services of the traffic agencies through them, Including the services available through the post offices: the investigation of irregularities, grievances, payment and the certificate of acquittal, noting that this contributes to the discharge of the offices of traffic jams from the congestion of citizens with the increase in the number of vehicles and the increase in the service request.
In this context, it is noted that the Ministry of Planning has launched an electronic service package in coordination with the Public Prosecution through the Egyptian government portal concerning the licensing of driving and driving vehicles. The services include: investigation of traffic violations, filing and follow-up of grievances, payment by various means, , And delivery to any address through Egyptian post with follow-up delivery position. In order to reduce the congestion within traffic agencies, and discharge them from citizens through the provision of the service by more than one means available and safe.
In addition, the ministry has allowed to deal with the services of the electronic traffic agencies located on the portal of the Egyptian government through various mobile devices, increasing the number of channels and windows that provide electronic services to facilitate the citizens.
