The European Football Association [UEFA] has issued an official statement announcing the transfer of the Manchester City English Club case for violating the rules of fair financial play for the judicial department of the Organization's Financial Supervisory Authority.

The statement added that "UEFA" will not issue any additional comment on the subject until the final decision is announced within the next few weeks.

The European Football Federation [EU] opened an investigation with Manchester City on March 7 this year on possible violations of rules for clean money playing.

Meanwhile, Manchester City has issued an official statement in response to the decision of the European Football Federation [UEFA], in which it announced the transfer of the case of the Sity to the Judicial Department of the Financial Supervision Authority on the violation of the rules of the English football team clean.

"Manchester City feel disappointed, but unfortunately we were not surprised to announce this situation," the Manchester City statement said on their official website. "Manchester City is absolutely confident of the positive outcome when it is considered by an independent judiciary."

"The charge of financial irregularities is still not entirely correct and the committee ignores a comprehensive set of irrefutable evidence presented by Manchester City to the chamber," the statement added.

According to English press reports, Manchester City have been threatened with exclusion from the UEFA Champions League for at least one season as a punishment from UEFA for violating rules of fair financial play.
