Liverpool unveils new changes to UEFA before Champions League final

Liverpool's English club Liverpool has announced new changes to the European Union [UEFA] regulations before the Spurs clash in early June in Madrid.

The club's official website said that the team's bench-places in the Champions League final against Tottenham will have 12 players, seven more than those allowed in tournaments in general.

He added that the European Football Federation "UEFA" decided to give Liverpool and Tottenham the right to make the fourth switch after the arrival of the game to the additional times.

Liverpool won a historic 4-0 victory over Barcelona in Anfield, in the semi-final of the Champions League, and Liverpool defeated Rimontada after a 3-0 defeat at Camp Nou. European champions Tottenham Hotspur, while Tottenham booked their place in the final of the Champions League at the expense of Ajax Amsterdam.
